We stayed at Hostel Tierra Libre for a few days last year and think that it is by far the best place to stay in Santa Fe. Marnix and Sideth were amazing hosts…and I will certainly call them friends, as well. Sideth is an amazing cook and we were so happy to feel so welcomed. We have stayed at both of the other hotels/hostels in Santa Fe and we definitely felt like this was the most welcoming and comfortable. Thank you so much for your hospitality! We hope to see you again soon.

We stayed at Tierra Libre for 3 nights and loved the camaraderie…people dropping in for a beer in the afternoon or a delicious thai-flavored dinner in the evening…a very welcoming place. We even enjoyed a musical evening with a guitar as well as internet music videos and lots of singing, a great get-together!

We liked the small-town feel of Santa Fe so much that we plan to come back soon and will rent a house for a month! Also, love the french-press coffee with lovely breakfasts, and yummy banana splits!

Well, the holes are here! Our thought is that MOP won’t appreciate anyone else messing with their mess and having the gov. do it will be cost prohibitive. But if you come up with an affordable solution, let us know.
